Services

Entry, Middle and Senior level Sourcing

We partner with our customers to find the right talent on-time. We use our AI based product to capture the job requirement at skill and competency level and use our engine to find the best possible talent in the market place. We submit only shortlisted candidates cleared by our technical panel. This process acts as a filter and saves lot of time and cost for our customers.

Leadership Sourcing

Our goal is to deliver value to each client we serve and to help attract top talent and to build adaptive, diverse people organizations that are prepared to fulfill strategic business objectives. We seek to understand each client’s strategic goals, the specific leadership roles and competencies needed to meet those goals.

Staff Augmentation

We provide staff augmentation service for a long term contract. In this service we hire the talent as per the customer’s requirement and consent. The resource boarded in our payroll and works in customers workplace. If the customer is happy with the resource, they may hire the resource as per the right to hire agreement. We provide flexible engagement model as per our customers policies.

Recruitment as a Service

RaaS is where the job provider transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to Collagro as an external service provider. Collagro uses its own cloud-based platform, AI/ML-based technology, methodologies, staff and provides the best possible talent on-time. The Job provider also can track the whole recruitment process real-time and get insights/reports on his smartphone.
